I’ve seen quite a few projects (including my own) that analyze the moose/wolves dataset. However, yours is the first I’ve seen that looks at frequency over months of the year of moose sightings. One question I had is why might Moose be most “out and about” as you said during these months? Is it that moose are more active, or that humans are more actively outside seeking them out?
What an interesting topic Jacob is. The graph showing the highest number of moose sightings and peak moose months (May, June, and July) is interesting to look at. This is quite beneficial for moose fans. I also enjoy how easy it is to follow and understand the vibrant graph that you have made!
I thought you had done a really good job creating this site. I thought you particularly did a very good job of cleaning the data for your website. The raw data for the moose sitings is very immense so I thought it was smart of you to simplify the data in the cleaning process. Overall I thought you did a very good job.
