For the symbols of my most frequently visited places on campus, I decided to have the size of the symbols correspond with the number of times I visit each area. For example, the symbol for Stimson House is the largest because I go there the most often while Gould Library is the smallest as I go there the least. I believe web mapping can be extremely beneficial for navigating the living world digitally. Through web mapping, one can notice patterns between different areas through the data they have. I enjoyed my experience of delving into the world of web mapping and it put into perspective the places I visit daily. To get a look into my work, here are the links to my map and my CSV spreadsheet.
